Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using floraly.io, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password or OAuth providers (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.

AI-Generated Content

Bouquet designs created through floraly.io are generated by artificial intelligence. All generated bouquets are public and visible in the gallery. We do not claim ownership of your generated designs, and you may share them freely. However, we reserve the right to display all generated content in the public gallery.

Credits & Payments

floraly.io offers free daily generations and paid credit packages. Purchased credits do not expire. Payments are processed through RevenueCat (via Stripe). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use automated systems to abuse the service or bypass rate limits
• Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or overload the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Intellectual Property

The floraly.io name, logo, and underlying technology are our property. The AI-generated bouquet designs are provided as-is and may not be used to train competing AI models.

Limitation of Liability

floraly.io is provided "as is" without warranties. Bouquet designs are AI-generated estimates — actual flower prices and availability may vary. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
